Purchases, Returns & Exchanges
Out-Of-Stock or Back-Order Items:
If the merchandise you order is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible as to when it will be available. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours we will remove that item from your order and credit your account. Items placed on backorder will be shipped when they arrive with no additional shipping & handling charges.
Payment Options:
Up Stream Girl accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Orders received by phone or FAX can be paid for by check, but will not be shipped until the check has been cleared.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will only be added to taxable merchandise on orders shipped to Minnesota.
Returns:
Merchandise can be returned to the address provided in Contact Us using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Please Note:
- Shipping must be prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged while being returned to us.
- Include a copy of the return form provided with your shipment. Please mark the items you are returning on the form and indicate why you are returning the merchandise. Please also provide a day time phone number where you can be reached.
- Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We will credit the account used to purchase the merchandise for the original cost of the merchandise, excluding delivery charges. Adjustments to your credit card account will be made within two billing cycles.
- If the item was a gift, we will either issue you a merchandise credit that can be used on your next purchase, or refund the account of the person who gave you the gift.
- To ensure proper credit, please return merchandise within 30 days of date of purchase.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for another item or a different color or size, please contact us using the information provided in Contact Us. Exchanges will be shipped by Standard Shipping at no additional charge. Your account will be credited when the items you are returning or exchanging have been received by us. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Adjustments to your credit card account will be made within two billing cycles.
Damaged or Missing Merchandise:
Please examine your items when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Up Stream Girl at once. Please refer to the information provided in Contact Us. Up Stream Girl will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
Sale Price Adjustments:
Sale price adjustments must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please contact us to obtain an adjustment using the contact information provided in Contact Us. Adjustments to your credit card account will be made within two billing cycles.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us by phone or e-mail using the contact information listed at Contact Us. Please note that we cannot refund delivery charges for orders cancelled after the merchandise has been shipped.
